  • Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via your registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

  • Delivery Time
Standard delivery across India generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Ruvaaya may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or promotional campaigns from time to time. Any applicable offer will be clearly mentioned on the website.

  • Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is now available on www.ruvaaya.com at an additional charge of Rs 50 per order. 

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.
Ruvaaya will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, occasional delays may occur.
If your shipment appears to be delayed, please contact us at connect@ruvaaya.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier partner, Ruvaaya will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

  • Damaged or Tampered Package on Delivery
We take great care in packaging every Ruvaaya order. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please document the condition of the package before opening it.
For any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete 360-degree unboxing video, starting with the unopened package and clearly showing the parcel being opened and the contents inside, is required to process such claims.

Please ensure that:
    • The package is clearly visible at the beginning of the video.
    • The video shows all sides of the package before it is opened.
    • The package is opened continuously without cuts or edits.
    • The jewellery and all packaging/contents are clearly visible after opening.
Please also share clear photographs and your order number when contacting us.

  • Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning an undelivered package to the sender.
Please ensure that your phone number is reachable and that someone is available at the delivery address during the delivery period.

  • International Shipping
At present, Ruvaaya ships PAN India only.
International shipping may be introduced in the future. Any applicable international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other fees will be communicated separately.
